He's underwritten deals, analyzed cash flows, managed tenants, and navigated the full lifecycle of owning investment real estate. Luke holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Clemson University and spent 6+ years building technology solutions in financial services at Ally Bank and Live Oak Bank, rising to a senior engineering role reporting to the CTO of a 1,000+ person fintech. That seat gave him direct exposure to financial modeling, capital markets, underwriting, and tax strategy, knowledge he applies directly when helping clients evaluate whether a deal actually makes sense.
He brings a data-first approach to every transaction: running the numbers before forming an opinion, stress-testing assumptions, and making sure clients understand what they're buying or selling in full financial context, not just square footage and comp prices.
